Dr. Victor Fries is a scientist who dedicates his research to finding a cure for his wife Nora's disease. However, an experimental accident changed his body so he could only live in freezing temperatures. To survive, he created a special suit that maintained his body at the right temperature and became Mr. Freeze. In order to continue his research for Nora's cure, Mr. Freeze created a device called the "freezing engine," which is so powerful that it could freeze Gotham.

Mr. Freeze’s specialized suit is faithfully recreated with a black and silver striped under-suit and layered armor pieces on top. Meanwhile, the armor is meticulously plated with metallic finishes and includes translucent and iridescent color parts on the upper arms, chest, thighs, and calves to enhance the futuristic aesthetic and add an extra sense of coldness for the figure. Additionally, LED-lighted design is featured on the armor, the detachable helmet, and his Freeze gun with an attachable freeze beam accessory, allowing for fans to pose him in the most dynamic ways.
